`I am pleased to announce that Victor’s final court hearing is April 27,2012 – according to today’s hearing. Two more months, that sucks! But it is what it is. Unfortunately we will have to wait eight more weeks to find out if Victor is a free man and can stay in the U.S. or will be deported. I am extremely optimistic that he will be freed and will be allowed to stay in the United States.
Victor has been incarcerated for almost six months and has lost 35 pounds. He is anxious to get back to the gym, eat good, get back onstage and compete again!`
