It`s been 3 months since my surgery, and I am back training my legs hard again. I have already began my prep for the Arnold and am more than eager to be back on stage. Sitting out the Olympia has made me realize how much I love my job! I love this time of year when the air is crisp and I can enjoy doing my cardio outdoors. The temperature at the gym is much more bearable this time of year too! I feel like I can train endlessly when the temperature is cooler! Johnny and I are still demolishing each other, he is going to do the powerlifting show at the Arnold to defend his `Worlds Strongest Bodybuilder` title, and I am going to defend my Arnold Classic Title! We are both on a mad mission and nothing can stand in our way! Thanks for all your support, and keep tuning in as I post my journey to the Arnold!
